Terms of Use

Sous helps you capture, build, scale, schedule, and cook recipes, with AI assistance. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You keep ownership of the recipes and content you create or import. By making a recipe Public, or sharing it with a friend, you grant Sous a license to store and display it to the people you've shared it with (or, for Public recipes, to anyone) so the feature works. You can make it private or delete it at any time. Only import or publish content you have the right to.

Sous's coaching, timings, nutrition estimates, and generated recipes are produced by AI and can be wrong. They are not professional, medical, dietary, or food-safety advice. You are responsible for cooking safely: use a thermometer for doneness, verify ingredients for allergies, and use your own judgment — especially with meat, eggs, seafood, canning, curing, fermenting, and anything served to children or vulnerable people. Nutrition and allergen flags are best-effort estimates and may be incomplete.

Don't use Sous to post unlawful, infringing, dangerous, or abusive content; to spam the public commons; to scrape or overload the service; or to misuse others' content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules (see Moderation).

Public recipes are visible to everyone and can be reported. We may review, hide, or remove reported or flagged content, and may quarantine content automatically pending review. We don't pre-screen everything, and we're not responsible for content other users post.

Sous is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sous and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your reliance on AI output or from cooking — you cook at your own risk.

You're responsible for your account. You can delete your library or account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
